1. Shipping Policy:

- After payment confirmation, we will ship the product within 4 (FOUR) business days (except for products that have a specific shipping deadline, as stated in the product description). Please note that this deadline will start to be counted the day after payment confirmation. Despite our shipping deadline, we always try our best to ship within 2 business days :)

- We reiterate that: posting time is different from delivery time. The posting time refers to our internal time to invoice, separate and post your order. Delivery time refers to the time you choose at the time of purchase (shipping by: carrier or post office). This means that: when placing an order, to know the delivery date, you must: add the chosen delivery time to our posting time.

- How can I track my order? As soon as we ship your product, you will receive the tracking number in your email, which you can use to track the delivery.

- Important Notice: Make sure that there is someone at the address provided in the registration to receive your order, because if the Post Office/Carrier is unable to deliver the merchandise on the third delivery attempt, the order will be returned to us. In this case, in order for us to send the order, the shipping fee will be charged again, at the same price as at the time of purchase. This will only occur in cases where the delivery is not made by the Post Office/Carrier, due to inconsistency or error when filling out the address registration.

FREE SHIPPING COUPON: If you use a free shipping coupon when purchasing, the store will send the purchase using the Economy Shipping method.

2. Exchange and return policy

All exchange and return requests are only made via the TroqueCommerce system (via the link located above on the page)

All exchanges are made using a voucher on our website. You will receive the corresponding amount in credits via email within 7 business days after we receive your item, and the time to use it is unlimited, allowing you to choose new products with peace of mind. To make a new purchase, simply enter the voucher in the field designated for the discount coupon at checkout.

If you prefer a refund, you can get a refund in two ways: if you paid by bank slip or transfer, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 14 business days. If you paid by credit card, we will process the refund and send you the receipt by email. Your card issuer will be notified immediately, and the amount is usually available within two invoices.

Once we receive a package from a return request, our Distribution Center will evaluate the conditions of the returned product within 7 business days and after evaluation we will issue the refund.

For the exchange/return to be carried out, it is necessary that:

  • The item has not been washed or used, and must be free of odors, stains and alterations (e.g. deodorant marks, makeup, animal hair, etc.).
  • The part still has the TAG attached to the part.
  • The item must be returned along with all initial shipping items: tissue paper, card, stickers, etc.
  • Products outside the exchange and return period will not be accepted (exchange and return period: up to 7 calendar days after the day the order arrived at the delivery address)
  • The return period will be 7 (seven) calendar days from delivery.

Attention: We use the TroqueCommerce system to manage exchanges and returns. As soon as you make the request, we will send all the next steps and the reversal code to the email registered in the purchase. It is worth remembering that, if the code expires, the exchange or return request will be automatically canceled, making it impossible to carry out the procedure.

- Once received in our stock, we have a period of up to 7 (seven) business days for our technical department to analyze the products.

- The refund period is up to 14 business days after receiving your return. Please note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For payments made via bank transfer or boleto, the amount will be deposited into your bank account within 14 business days. For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the card and may be credited in up to two invoices following the request.

-If our technical department identifies signs of use of the product, it will be returned without prior notice and the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

- If you receive your product with the packaging open or damaged, please refuse the order.

- Product Warranty: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. Therefore, upon receiving your order, check it carefully and attentively. If defects are found, the customer must carry out the exchange procedure.
